Terms and Conditions

Purchase Procedure

1. Look for the product you want on our website.

2. Message us on our Facebook page or Whatsapp if you have trouble selecting a product.

3. After confirmation of the product you wish to purchase, you may directly order from us through our customer service or add the product to your shopping cart and check out. Please Provide your NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER to place an order. Kindly double check the order and your personal details before making payment.

4. We only keep your order for seven (7) days before it is removed from our system.

5. You are advised to make payment before the order is removed from our system. Once payment is made, screenshot and send the receipt to us. If you are doing online banking (NOT Direct Deposit from an ATM Machine or Counter), please provide the bank holder name in order for us to trace the payment.

6. After we have confirmed your payment, the product will be shipped to you within two (2) working days.(Public Holiday, Saturday and Sunday are considered as non-working days)

 

Shipping (MALAYSIA)

For customer in West Malaysia, a flat rate of RM5 applies for orders below RM100 while orders above RM100 are shipped for free.

For customers in East Malaysia, a flat rate of RM10 applies for every order.

We will use the following courier companies, Poslaju, Pigeon, NinjaVan and etc, according to shipping areas.

After customers place an order, we need two (2) working days for our stock preparation, the 3rd day of order is counted as the 1st day of delivery. Delivery time normally takes 2-5 working days for West Malaysia and 5-9 working days for East Malaysia.

If your order has not been received by the 6th working day, please inform us. We will track your order and update you of its location.

(Public Holiday, Saturday and Sunday are considered as non-working days)

 

We will email every customer the tracking number of their order when the item/s are picked up by the respective courier service.

In the event of any unsuccessful delivery with Poslaju, please call 1300-300-300 to reschedule for a second delivery.

Please ensure that you track and trace your parcel. If the parcel is returned to us due to a wrong/incomplete recipient address, no one being at home to accept and failure to pick up the parcel from a Poslaju office, we will only do a second shipment after receiving the postage fee of; West Malaysia RM5 and East Malaysia RM10. Alternatively, customers can come to our office to pick up their parcel.

Shipping (SINGAPORE)

For Singapore customers, a postage fee of RM35 will be charged for each order. Our default courier company is Qxpress.

After customers place an order, we need two (2) working days for our stock preparation, the 3rd day of order is counted as the 1st day of delivery. Delivery time normally takes 2-5 working days.
