Return and Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURNABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE except for quality defects. If there is a quality defect, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.

 

Product Defects

1. All products are packed in a Poslaju flyer. If the parcel is not in good condition upon receiving, please do not let the postman leave.

    a. Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.

    b. Do not sign to accept the parcel, instead ask the postman to return it to us.

    c. Send us the photos and we will ship out a new parcel within two (2) working days.

2. If you accidentally received the parcel and only found the product defects after you opened the parcel,

    a. Take a photo of the product defect and send it to our customer service.

    b. We will carry out a compensation within two (2) working days.

3. If you find that the product received is not the same as the item you ordered,

    a. Take a photo of the product and send it to our customer service.

    b. If we shipped the wrong product to you, you may return it and we will send out the correct product to you within two (2) working days.
